Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me:
Kathleen Brandhofer
info@kathleenbrandhofer.com
by means of a clear statement (e.g. via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I receive notification of your withdrawal.
For this reimbursement, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Right of Withdrawal for Services
If you have requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you informed me of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, in relation to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
If the service has been fully performed and you have expressly agreed in advance that performance may begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period, your right of withdrawal expires.
Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
For contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium (e.g. online courses, videos, downloads, or digital learning materials), the right of withdrawal expires once the execution of the contract has begun.
This requires that the customer has expressly agreed that execution of the contract may begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal.
