Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
for Vocal Training, Mental Training, Coaching, Workshops, and Online Courses

1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Kathleen Brandhofer, in particular vocal training, mental training, coaching, in-person lessons, online lessons, as well as digital courses and learning materials.
By booking a session, package, or course, participants agree to these terms.
Kathleen Brandhofer operates as a sole proprietor.
2. Services
The services offered may include, depending on the specific offer:
1:1 vocal training (online or in person)
1:1 mental training (online or in person)
Workshops or group courses
Online courses and digital learning content
The duration of sessions depends on the booked offer.
Online sessions are generally conducted via Zoom or comparable video conferencing platforms.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Bookings for sessions or packages are made via the website.
Appointments are then scheduled individually via email or telephone.
After booking, Kathleen Brandhofer will get in touch to arrange a suitable time.
For package bookings (e.g. 5-session packages), individual appointments are arranged separately.
4. Payments
Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website (e.g. credit card or other online payment providers) or by bank transfer upon invoice.
Payment is generally due before the start of the session or course, unless otherwise agreed.
Booked sessions or packages must be used within 3 months of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment via email or message.
If cancellation is made in time, a new appointment can be arranged.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session or failure to attend will be charged in full.
If a session must be canceled by Kathleen Brandhofer for important reasons, an alternative appointment will be offered.
6. Late Arrivals
In case of late arrival by participants, the session may take place within the remaining time.
An extension beyond the booked duration is not possible.
7. Online Lessons
Online sessions are generally conducted via Zoom or comparable video conferencing platforms.
A stable internet connection and suitable technical equipment (e.g. camera and microphone) are required.
No responsibility can be taken for technical issues on the participant’s side.
8. Online Courses and Digital Content
Digital content such as videos, PDFs, or other learning materials is intended for personal use only.
Sharing, publishing, reproducing, or commercial use of the content without explicit permission is not permitted.
9. Copyright
All materials provided as part of the services are protected by copyright and may only be used for personal learning purposes.
10. Conduct
A respectful and considerate interaction is expected.
In case of inappropriate behavior, Kathleen Brandhofer reserves the right to terminate a session early. In such cases, the session will be considered fully delivered and no refund will be granted.
11. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

12. Right of Withdrawal for Services
If a service (e.g. coaching or lessons) is fully provided within the withdrawal period at the explicit request of the customer, the right of withdrawal expires.
13. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
For contracts concerning digital content (e.g. online courses, videos, downloads, or other digital learning materials) that are not delivered on a physical medium, the customer expressly agrees that execution of the contract may begin before the end of the statutory withdrawal period.
Once execution of the contract begins (e.g. by granting access to an online course), the statutory right of withdrawal expires.
14. Changes
Changes to services, prices, or these Terms and Conditions may be made at any time for future bookings.
Already booked services remain unaffected.
